This page covers the only personal data this site handles: what you enter into the early-access form. Atlas EMP the product has its own agreements; this notice is about the marketing site you are reading.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form we store exactly three things:

• the email address you enter;
• a source label identifying where the request came from (atlas-landing);
• the date and time of your submission.

Nothing else. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no fingerprinting on this site.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Atlas EMP early access. We do not use it for anything else. The legal basis (where the GDPR applies) is your consent, given by submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your address.

Third-party services

None. This site makes no third-party requests: fonts are self-hosted, and there are no analytics, ad networks, social widgets, or content delivery networks. Your browser talks only to this site.

How it is stored and shared

Signups are held in our own database. We do not sell them and we do not share them with third parties (aside from the font request above, which carries no form data). Access is limited to the people running early access.

Retention

We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for early access — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and we will. Email [email protected] and we will action it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes to how we use existing signups would be told to the affected addresses directly.
